this is for you, since I really wanted pitt to lose, so I could rub your face in it. They played a helluva second half, I thought UConn would get them, but Pitt clamped down, so congrats and good luck in the tourney.

Thanks man... I'm so trashed from celebrating and I expected to have to talk a lot of shyt but I guess I don't have to. I'll tell you what, my heart was pounding like crazy during the game. 3rd straight year for Pitt to be in the Big East finals and there was no way I could take another loss. They played great even though they were in foul trouble. I can't wait for the NCAA Tourny now and I'll have to change my avatar to show Big East champs. It was crazy in Oakland (the actual name of the area that campus is on) and we had fires going and everything... so crazy! Thanks for the congrats gi

the foul trouble thing looked like it was going to be a problem, but I believe that can be a plus sometimes, because in big games I think the ref's swallow their whistles unless it is really obvious, 2 of your big men with 4 fouls with 8 minutes to go and staying in the game was a gutsy move on the coach to keep them in, so once again congrats to bad they will not make to the sweet 16.

Yeah, Iggy. Your boys played pretty well! It was my first chance to get a real good look at them. I like them to the elite 8 at least. Knight's ankle didn't seem to cause too many problems for the team.
