Good game Sat night until 7 minutes to go & Brandon took over. That kid can play. I don't agree with the coach letting him play when there's a question about ankle. I would have saved him for the NCAA tourny (especially since they beat my Huskies !) lol

It's not the posts that are going to fail me, it's all the partying :( I am doing bad this semester so far so I really got to get my act straight so less partying and more studying for me. Wish me luck on my Stats test tomorrow because I need it!

Anyways on Brandin, he's the team captain, senior, and represents all that is good about college basketball. The kid is squeaky clean, just a great guy overall, does whatever he has to do for his team, and will graduate this spring. That being said as much as I love Ben Howland, it wasn't his call whether Brandin played or not, it was all Brandin's call. The kids been playing his heart out all 4 years he's been here and had lost the last 2 Big East Championships. There was no way in hell anyone could have held him out of that game. If it makes you feel any better, I got much love for UConn and put them into the Final Four. I think they have a pretty damn easy road. Texas will be a tough game, but UConn has the size and speed that it needs to beat Texas. Also, don't know if you know this, but Emeka and TJ both played with and against each other back in high school days. I got a friend that played with them on a traveling teams back in Houston so don't be surprised if UConn can come up with a game plan to shut TJ down.

Yeah, my bracket is about 2 seconds away from getting thrown in the trash. I picked a few, but also got hurt on quite a few.

When it came down to it, Pitt was just too much for IU to handle. Are there still doubters out there saying Pitt's over-rated?
