The sig on that Ryan looks kinda iffy to me (I'm not an expert on Ryan's sig) and I wouldn't touch the AP he is selling with a 10' pole. How familiar are you with the company who issued the COA?

most of his 8x10's are fake, especially the AP and the Favre's, probably wouldn't trust this company

I'm no expert either but it just doesn't look right, not gonna say if its fake or real but i wouldnt touch it

I could be wrong, but i think the COA comes from the seller of the 8x10

I have to agree, the signature does look a little weird, it would be a nice pickup for that price if Matt actually signed it.

i would say a fake sig because if it was real the price would be much higher. Matt Ryan is probably $100 a ticket or so to get an autograph at a signing. I only trust COA's from Upper Deck or other well known reputable companies. I could sign a bunch of photos myself and create a phony COA.
