SPONSORED BY UPPER DECK
For leg number 6 of the contest, we thought we'd do something a little different this year and make you use your creativity. This contest is simple, all you have to do is submit a hockey collecting related video. Your video can be anything from a grand tour of your mancave to a show and tell about your personal collection or a live break. You can even get more creative and do something out of the ordinary much like Andrew does with his “Packs to the People” videos...The sky is the limit!
What can you win you say? Well, that's the beauty part, Upper Deck has donated a box of 09-10 Ultimate Collection to SCF and this contest is your chance to win it!

To enter, please prepare your video and once it is ready, PM Pheebs888 to request the login info for the sportscardforum youtube channel. Once you have the login info, log on and upload your video. Please ensure that your video respects the rules of the site (no swearing etc..). Once you have uploaded your video, post the link to it in this thread.
At the end of the contest, the SCF hockey team will shortlist 10 videos who will then be submitted to the public vote to determine the winner! The top 8 videos will be awarded Race for the Trio points as follows:
1st place 10 points
2nd place 8 points
3rd place 6 points
4th place 5 points
5th place 4 points
6th place 3 points
7th place 2 points
8th place 1 point
As the staff has to judge this contest, this is one contest the staffers will not be allowed to enter. That being said, they can still showcase video just because it's fun but they are not eligible to win either the prize or the points.
For those of you who do not have a camera, it does not prevent you from taking part in this contest. A video can easily be made out of a succession of scans of your collection.
Just to get the creative flow running, here are a few examples of videos:

What will we judge the videos on? Here's our criteria:
1. Originality.
2. Entertainment value.
3. "Wow" factor
4. Hobby factor - how directly related is it to the hobby, your participation in it, etc.
5. Pride - can I tell that this is a video the maker was really excited to do, as opposed to just being a contest entry?
You can submit as many videos as you like but no member can have more than one video in the ten finalists shortlisted.
That's it people! Get filming and/or scanning! Best of luck and come on, entertain us!
YOU HAVE UNTIL THE 10TH APRIL TO ENTER
