I requested a Baron Davis headband yesterday and today got an email saying thery would send me out one!

Thanks guys because of this post it inspired me to email all the nba teams and I have already gotten responses saying my fan pack will go out shortly! Way cool! Will post what I get later. :)

Sent them an e-mail back in late November. They replied saying they would send a fan pack. I e-mailed them back saying that I never got one. I got a response today saying that they are evaluating the fan pack program and are unable to fulfill fan pack requests at this time. Oh well, I'll try towards the end of the season. :frown:

I had to put something here to move the thread.

I got a Houston Rockets fan pack recently; they sent it quickly! I got several magnets, pocket schedules, and bumper stickers.

This stuff sounds nice, would ya be pushing it if you were overseas asking for one?

Perhaps...I have asked for several and Houston is the only team who has sent me one thus far, and I live in the states. They have to pay for postage, though, so I understand why some can't do it all the time.

There are a few NBA teams that don't have any contact info on their sites. You just have to look for some of them, I remember that the NBA was the hardest to find of any of the sports.

Well im fr om florida but i did a special request asking for a auto and said i was a huge fan and i got a Authentic Dwight Howard Signed photo, its one of them they do for charity they donate to childrens hopitals, so its for sure authentic. Its very nice i can provide scans if you guys want.

I could not believe this fan pack. First of all, in the last two years I've never been able to find online contact info for the team before the other day. Everything but the hat and cooler bag were insider a velco closed sealed folder type thing with pictures of the team and Staples Center on it. Everything came inside a priority mail box that costs $4.20 to mail. When the mail lady handed me the box, I couldn't figure out what could be inside it since I knew I hadn't made a trade with anything large enough for the box. There was no name on the return address, just 555 N. Nash St. El Segundo, CA 90245. I had no idea that was the Lakers address so it was a complete shock to see this today especially since I mentioned this is the first time in three years of doing fan packs that I even found contact online for the team, let alone I just sent the requests this past weekend and they end up being first to arrive with Detroit. The Lakers are definitely one of the best fan packs I've ever received.

As I told you in the pm, I couldn't remember where I found it at. I just checked and I'm pretty sure I got there from clicking the "contact us" link and then using the "E-mail Mavs Players" link. I must have just put "fan pack" in the subject line and asked for a fan pack like normal.

Today's mail brought a Mavericks fan pack. I requested Nowitzki stuff in particular. They sent a Nowitzki poster and an oversized card of him, a bunch of stickers with vrious Mavs logos on them, a game program, and a team fanclub letter. All of it was presented in an NBA folder. Big thumbs up from my son on this one. Hats off to the Mavs, too. They aren't cheap (ie Carolina Panthers).

I received a fan pack from the Mavericks on Friday. It had basically the same items that RockiesFan33 had posted. I have recieved a nice fan pack from the Mavs for the past 3 or 4 years. They're a very generous organization.

Received two NBA fan packs today for my son:

Orlando Magic - sent a couple of team pencils, a school ziplock bag thingy, a Magic Dancers guide (my son is 7), and a info sheet on their mascot.

Seattle Sonics - sent a few team cards, a pocket schedule, a ruler and a pencil, and some items from the Seattle Storm - a couple of player cards and a team bracelet (like a Livestrong). I also got another wristband for the Sonics as well.

Not too shabby for those teams. Big thumbs up from the kids (my daughter likes basketball and liked the bracelet).

Cool success today. My 9-year-old daughter loves basketball, so I thought I'd send an email out to all of the WNBA teams to see what they would send her. The Fever told me they wouldn't send anything due to limited resources. However, today's mail brought a package from the Minnesota Lynx. They sent my daughter two 8x10's of Seimone Augustus and a YOUTH JERSEY of hers has well. Not an authentic or a replica, but a silk screened Augustus jersey. I've had a good number of responses from teams with fan packs, but NOTHING like this one. Extremely cool success from the Lynx. I'm not a fan of the WNBA, but the Lynx as an organization rank darn near the top now. They also sent a pair of elastic Lynx bracelets. Pretty good lot from an email request.

Hey I also sent them a request we will see if i get anything how long did it take for them to send it to you.

I sent the Lynx a request on 2/6. It took 4 days.

No not really amybe a game day programme maybe a left over promotion item if lucky. i have heard of teams send alot of stuff from a player they just traded to get rid of stock but.

I found this on google, same exact thing.. But theres a black boarder with the mavs logo at the bottom left and "Dirk Nowitzki #41" at the bottom middle.
