Moving this to pro sports forum. If you are referring to soccer cards instead of soccer in general please correct me.

huge soccer fan. Cant wait till World Cup. Does anyone collect soccer cards, the card shop in my town doesnt supply them. And if so the forum should have a soccer trading section.

I don't watch much soccer, but may catch some of the WC coming up. I have played indoor soccer for the last 6 years and have a blast.

I'm a soccer referee (no longer good enough to play), and I am pumped for the World Cup, I've got my money on Germany, they've got Oliver Kahn at goalie, and Klose at forward, they're going to be unstoppable.

Germany hasn't let me down so far, but I do have to say the game against Argentina isn't looking so good. Another thing, I want to hear what anyone who saw the Portugal vs. Holland game had to think of the referee. My personal opinion, he lost control of the game and got himself deeper and deeper. I mean, Portugal committed 10 fouls and got 9 yellows. Not a great stat for the referee or Portugal. And now Deco is out for the game against England (not that England's going to score a goal, the way they've been playing.) What a horrendous job so far by the officals.

Well, that can't happen any more. I can't believe it though, France is going to be in this tournament 4 more games than it should have been. Go Germany!

France just seems to have Brazil's number in the World Cup. Good to see Zidane will have at least another game in his tremendous career. Right now I like Germany and France in the finals, with Germany taking it behind the home crowd.

I think it might be France's year. Took down the heavy favorite Brazil in impressive fashion. I say Italy/France final with France taking it home.

I dont like France, at all. So I cant wait to see them lose. I was hoping to see Brazil and Argentina play each other, but that cant happen now. So go Germany.

True that, France is full of aging players that have gotten extremely lucky so far. I say they lose to Portugal by at least two. Germany beats Italy in a close game (possibly overtime), and we see one of the greatest matches ever played between Germany and Portugal in the championship. I would not be surprised to see it go into penalty kicks. Go Germany!

Peace out,

Italy advances with two goals in the second overtime. Heartbreaking for Germany considering they were just a minute or two away from penalty kicks.
