Question about this auto mini

I've recently sold my card collection and I would rather focus on displayable autos like minis and the such. I'm usually a Colt collector and get my stuff IP, but I've become a big McCoy fan. Can anyone tell me if this auction is legit? It seems I've heard of JSA, but dont' know much about them.
