If I had one I'd consider it for you Ig but right now my cards are under lock and key for the most part. In fact I went out and bought the Sosa card under a new account. ;)

I thought my over 40 thousand was a lot until I saw these posts.
I have almost 60 game-used and only 5 autos. The highlights of those collection are a Nolan Ryan jersey worth $80 and a Duke Snider auto worth $120. My port is over 350 cards and $2500 dollars. The creme of that is an '01 Sosa.

Ya but I have 4 - 5,000 ct boxes of 1989 Topps traded without any of the Griffeys or Johnsons.
When Im talkin commons----- man Im talkin commons...I wouldnt take the greater majority of my commons to the kids hospital, them kids would kill me for bringing them such junk....

I think one day I will have to dig out all my commons boxes and have a big bonfire.... :hop:

only about 20,000 (4 boxes filled with about 5000 cards); one box is jammed pack with commons.

plus 1500+ garbage pail kids cards - entire collection, all placed in soft sleeves, then in top load top covers.

someday, I am buying the Semi Colin error card with #355 missing...this is the Honus Wagner of GPK cards, selling from $75 to $175 if it is graded.

lol

I haven't actually counted all the cards but a few years ago 10,000 would have been a very good guess. But now since I've sold off cards and traded them I'm probably at around 8000-9000.

i have about 100,000 cards, plus lots of auto bats and balls, and of course Etopps.
I won't mention the Wheaties boxes, and cups and Becketts that clutter up the closet room.

Wow! Sounds like quite a collection Ron!

Welcome to the board by the way. :)

eTopps are a newer card sold only on the internet and are released via Initial public offerings for a limited time like a stock market. They are fun. I will say that they are very addicting though. People who got in on the ground floor made a ton of money buying and selling them. You can still make a good return now if you play your cards right.
