I really don't think she should sue. But i bet she will get a settlement from the NFL

she will get a settlement but i hate when people bring tragic events back by suing.

she's just looking for money, and it doesn't take a genius to see that Korey's death had nothing to do with any premeditation.

But, she's spoiled with wealth, and will not settle until she gets millions upon millions.

She shouldn't sue the NFL, she should sue the Vikings team themselves. That would make a lot more sense. Anyway, Korey literally worked himself to death so it really wasn't anyone else's fault. It's a shame.

It's horrible what happened. I remember watching a press conference after his death was announced. In the background, throughout the whole thing there was someone just completley weeping the whole time... I figured it was his wife... It turned out to be Randy Moss... I dont think I'll ever forget that.

insanefishpossay - oh, yea, I remember that. out of all the flashiness, cockiness, and showmanship, Randy "I play when I wanna play" Moss certainly showed some heart in grieving the loss of his teammates.

well, if she is suing the NFL because of korey's death she should drop the suit. korey was a hard worker who went too hard and died.

She may have a case if she sues for personal reasons... if the death put her through so much misery and cant get over it then she can get a settlement... she can also if she gets a little looney or paranoyed because of the accident

Stringer's wife already got a settlement from the Vikings a while back, undisclosed amount, out of court. I think now she wants to sue ALL of the NFL teams in a class action lawsuit. She is dead wrong in what she is doing.

First of all, the day before he passed away, he was sitting off the field because of the same types of problems due to heat etc. I think he should have sat out the next day when he was having all of the same problems from the day before, but was worried what his teammates thought of him and he didn't want to look bad to McCombs for being "soft" so he played when he should not have.

In addition, they found a supplement in his locker, that is known to have ill effects on the body, so they banned the stuff. He did this to himself, the team didn't do it to him at all.
