Has anyone ever tried requesting a fan pack from a CFL team ?

I've gotten a couple from Winnipeg, Ottawa, Calgary and Saskatchewan over the past few years but have never gotten anything from any other teams and I live in Canada lol.

Montreal told me they didn't offer them and the rest of the teams just never responded.
