I know that you need fat in your everyday life in order to survive... But over 100 grams in a single meal on a daily basis will do nothing but give you negative things :winking0071:

I guess it does to some people :confused0024:

thats just about it in that one sandwich. In order to maintain or lose weight people should have 65 grams or less of fat each day. The problem is people can eat 65 grams of fat and think they're doing good but if they don't exercise each day either than they'll still just gain weight. I try and stick to about 30 grams a day so something like this I couldn't even consider

And I bet fat is just the start. I bet the sodium, etc is crazy, too.

Try a veggieburger instead. Once you go vegetarian you can't go back. :party0048:

Dude, for my money, there's nothing worse than the Awesome Blossom at Chilis. Check out these stats:

2,710 calories
203 g fat
194 g carbs
6,360 mg sodium

Or the Outback Steakhouse Aussie Fries:
2,900 calories
182 g fat
240 g carbs

Man.

^ yikes. I so wish they'd put calories on their menus. I know it wouldn't be good for business but would be easier to watch your calories.

veggie burgers are a myth as they usually contain eggs, But I do know of a hole in the wall vegan sandwich shop that has a bbq burger that would blow your mind

Thats just gross!! I wouldn't really put Denny's, Chili's or especially Outback in a "fast food" category though.

I dont think i'd eat at denny's if it was free. Last time i can remember going, there was more old food on thier unswept floor than there was on the tables.

The last time I went to Denny's...was back in 1981.I was 19 yrs old and there was this thing called a "dine & dash" breakfast.lol.Hope you all know what that is!!!
Back then it was cool to do only because my friends and I were immature, not to mention "VERY DRUNK"!! I would never think of doing that in todays age!

On the radio the other day they did a list of the top 5 most unhealthy sandwiches, there was 1 place, I think Chilis, whatever it was, was over 1500 calories or something. That's insane. Ya never really think about it when you eat out.

I personally stopped eating McDonalds after I saw the photo of the burger and fries left on a Doctors office front desk for over a year with no decomposition whatsoever. That just isn't right at all if you ask me. Am I healthier because of it? Who knows. I'd much rather just have 5 guys since it's cooked fresh and you know it's real meat. But the fries are kind of greasy, so that doesn't help. But it's good :)

Yeah I guess it all depends when you go. We used to have a local Denny's now the closest one is like 40 minutes away. But one time on the way back from the casino in CT, we stopped. Only thing open late, late. It cracked me up watching these drunk people who probably just got out of the club and how the guy was ordering.

I had someone tell me 5 guys wasn't worth it and McDonalds was cheaper. Might be true. But McDonalds isn't real meat basically and you get your moneys worth with 5 guys for sure. I guess some people are just stubborn and don't know a good thing.

Years ago me and the misses ate at a denny's. She ordered the turkey dinner and it came out still partially frozen. Nasty place.
