I almost sent but didn't last year, few people tried him at his UFL team but no responses.
Looks like a few people got him from his foundation in 2010, and the latest one says "Waiting" from last year, but only one.

I tried 2 yrs. ago at the pass it along foundation, I sent a card but got the card back with a preprint from the foundation. I forget what his donation request was.
