Gonna be weird seeing him in another jersey.

I think it is a shame. The Cardinals are one of the worst organizations in Pro Sports. I am glad Emmitt is still playing but I hope he doesn't get hurt playing for that lousy team.

They're terrible, it's sad to see him on the team. I thought he was just playing for "love of the game". Might as well get paid less than a million, rather than 7-8 million for 2 years.

That sucks! &*%$#! He's obviously not in it for a superbowl. I guess he'll get more ground on his record and maybe get a couple more in the process. It just won't be the same though.

That's what I was thinking. He's not going to make the playoffs with the Cardinals and I wouldn't risk my health playing for that team. Looks like he just in it to extend his rushing record.

Maybe, just maybe they bribed him by saying "I'll start you for a year, but you have to teach Marcell Shipps EVERYTHING you know!!!!" or they plan on giving him huge amounts of carries and when he can't get out of bed on Monday morning he will decide to "heroically" pass the torch to Marcell. Either way I think Mr. Shipps will benefit greatly from Emmitt. Hope it works out because Arizona stinks

Never cared much for Emmit Smith.

What kind of human being are you when, after making almost $100M in contracts, TV endorsements, etc., you still keep every touchdown you score so you can bring it back to your sports card shop in Florida to sell it?

Emmitt may have broken the rushing record, but Barry Sanders had a hand in that happening.

I am glad to see him in a Cardinals uniform. He's an over-the-hill runner; the Cardinals have an average offensive line. Let's see how many yards he gains this season.

I believe, when you play sports, and you are financially secure for you, your family, your kids, your grand-kids, your great-grand-kids, you owe it to the fans in the stands to toss them a ball once in a while.

Emmitt is your typical piece of sh*t.

Does he deserve to be in the Hall. yes
Is he one of the greatest football players. yes
Is he a tremendous competitor. yes.

So was OJ Simpson.

Doesn't disguise the fact that both are pieces of sh*t
