Perhaps if you want to start a topic, you should actually say something about it first. Are you pro-fluoride, anti-fluoride, or what?

Back on topic, I think fluoride is good in moderation. Although, they came out with a new slime fluoride treatment in dentist offices. That foam stuff was disgusting

You are aware that fluoride goes a lot farther than just a trip at the dentist's office, right?

Just confused as to how this relates to the forum.

Because the use of fluoride have very much to do with politics in America. Are you also confused as to telling OTHERS to stay on topic of a thread or does that just pertain to me in general?

Yes, I am aware. What is your opinion ?

I just re-read this entire thread. Saw nobody off-topic.

I also have no intentions of being evaluated by you or called out by you in a public forum because you don't think I am running the forum correctly. If you have a problem with me either take it up with me in a PM, take it up with my superiors in a PM or keep it to yourself.

Here's a little bit of POLITICAL history behind the use of fluoride in America...

since you are obviously more researched in the ethical and medical ramifications of fluoride, what has led you to being anti-fluoride?

I've already answered one question. Why don't you try answering one first...

You've also asked TWO questions, which were both answered. In my book, that means it is your turn to answer.

If I could add my two cents I have heard that too much floride can cause more problems that what it solves. A lot of municipal water companies want to put floride in your drinking water. But most good water purifiers filter out excess flouride. Again I am not an expert on floride but I do use a water filter at home to remove impurities incluing excess floride from my drinking water.

There was some debate a few years ago about local politicians wanting to put flouride in the local water supplies and the citizens not wanting it in there. So yes this could be considered a political issue.

Until the early 20th century, fluoride's only use was as rat poison.

It was used by Nazi Germany for mass behavior control.

It is a large byproduct of steel production with no good way of disposal.

The steel industry financed the studies that "proved" that fluoride prevents cavities.

I think that says enough.

75% of the things that happen in America most likely deal with politics especially when it concerns money...
