Under the heading of Karma, the unstable, epicurean, nepotist despot of North Korea recently died. And just the other day I was saying to myself, "You know, Mike, it's not fair that Christopher Hitchens has to die while people like Kim Jong-Il get to live." Whoops, I spoke too soon.

The country's "Dear Leader" reputed to have had a taste for cigars, cognac and gourmet cuisine was believed to have had diabetes and heart disease.

Clearly the doctors need to recheck their notes. The man had no heart.

With his son taking over, I can see new relations between the NBA and North Korea:

David Stern is always looking for new talent. If basketball can be used to help international relations then I'm all for it.

Wait, he's dead? But the North Korean media just said he was fighting a 100-foot tall US made robot!

Kim Jong is dead? Last I heard, he was just ill.

I could go on a while with these...
