Address Request: Jack Baker

Hi Folks,

I am a unable to find an address for Jack Baker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Baker_%28baseball%29) formerly of the Red Sox. He had a 14 game career with the Sox between 1976-1977.
