Just goes to show how flawed our legal system is. Guy confesses to killing his uncle and leads them to the body but because his lawyer wasn't present he gets a free pass on homocide charges and ends up back out on the streets 8 years later.
Anyone wanna take over/under odds on him getting less than 10 years for the attempted kidnapping?
