The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence says it goes out of the norm and likely be reversed.

How does it go out of the norm? Is it the norm to restrict people to possession of a firearm within the confines of their home? No.

Glad to see my Maryland neighbors don't have to face government persecution for exercising their rights.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't say you have the right to bear arms but only in your house and if you have a really good reason in the Constitution. Gun laws just keep getting nuttier and nuttier.

I'm glad that the good citizens of my home state of Maryland now can exercise their second amendment rights with less illegal gov't interference.
