1. Go to Paypal.
2. Go to "Send Money."
3. Enter Email Address of recipient.
4. Enter monetary amount to send.
5. Under the money box there are two tabs, "Purchase" or "Personal."
6. Click "Purchase" and choose Goods, Services, or eBay Items if it qualifies as that.
7. Click "Personal" and choose Gift, Payment Owed, Cash Advance, Living Expense, Other if it qualifies as that.
8. Click "Continue" and send your money.

That answer it for ya?

If you want to not receive gift then just make sure you use the paypal fee calculator. Then you can price your items higher to account for the fees. In otherwords to get $25, you have to be sent $26.06. $1.06 in fees on that.

Try it out, very helpful when you don't want to get gift and risk problems with your account.
