I hit a "HOT" box ! I've bought 3 boxes so far, but I didn't anything remotely close to this one. This was a 20ct. hobby box. I paid $139.50 for a 2 box lot form Ebay. I didn't keep track of the other box and added the stuff to my set. Every pack had a patch card inside of this box !! I did get 2 dupes, but after such an incredible catch, I've decided to try & put the entire set together since I now have over half of the patches. Here's what I got :

Box Toppers
1962 Cubs
1966 Cardinals

All-Stars
Alex Rodriguez
Miguel Tejada
Jim Thome
Torii Hunter

Hall of Famers
Ted Williams
Rollie Fingers
Juan Marichal
Nolan Ryan

Rookie Innovation
Jeremy Griffiths
Josh Willingham (2)
Willie Eyre

MVP's
Curt Schilling
Troy Glaus
Ted Williams
Phil Rizzuto
Ken Griffey Jr. (2)
Roger Clemens
Stan Musial

Here's the pic of them

nice break I actually did the same thing about a week ago, I like the patch cards a lot. From what I have heard the UD Patch boxes are loaded and you actually have a pretty good chance for a hot box...

sUre wish I could afford stuff like that.
If you are going to work on the set, I picked up Bonds and A-Rod patches on ebay for $3-4 each. It shouldn't be too hard of a set to work on at those prices.

jayyay, I think that I heard or read somewhere that the "hot" boxes run somewhere around 1 per case.

molina, credit cards are a wonderful thing ! (until the bill comes)

the odds are 1:16 boxes which is pretty good odds cause the boxes are a pretty reasonable price...
