I was reading about these groups in the USA today. There are groups of people who meet up at a local bar have a few beers and discus the bible and other religious issues. At first I thought this was the dumbest thing that someone could do. Then after reading up on it I thought this might not be such a bad idea. Your thoughts:

Just what believers need, a little alcohol to dull the senses while reading the Bible.

You don't have to drink alcohol. You can have water, soda, an odhouls or anything else to drink. I kind of like the concept. It is not really about preaching it's more about discussing different viewpoints, and education. It's kind of being like on here except the people have common sense. :sign0020:

Some of the best, most cerebral and well thought out discussions I've ever had have occurred over a few pints. I actually think it's a great idea.
