I love the reasoning here......

"We've concluded he uttered a word to Mr. Crawford, who took that as a slur," Leominster Chief Robert Healy said.

In my 47 years on this planet I have heard literally hundreds or slurs towards every race, religion & sexual orientation but have NEVER heard the word Monday used as a racial slur.

Wow........

no one likes mondays, i thought it could be used for anything you don't like, like cleaning the toilet, never knew it was racist!

So its wrong to call someone a Monday, so is it acceptable to call other days of the week?

"Ever notice how black people are all Monday this and Monday that while white people are afraid to read a calendar?"

I have yet to talk to another human being that has EVER heard of Monday as a racial slur.
Someone did relate to a Def Comedy Jam comic who used it in his act.
Basically saying in a joke that someone would not come to his shows because they were full of Monday's.
When the comic asked what he meant he said "you know blacks...everyone hates Monday's""
