If you actually watch the portion of the speech directly before the comment in question (you know the stuff FOX edited out) it becomes pretty clear "that" was referring to roads and bridges. If Romney campaing is built on 6th grade grammar, then go ahead and run with it. If you're really trying to sell that Obama was saying you didn't build the business, well, you'll sure have the support of people who already hate him, as well as less-than-mensa-candidates who believe the first story they see on any issue and nothing else.

Wasn't somebody complaining about a lack of Conservative propaganda to go along with the liberal propaganda?
