Still would go with Obama. If the Republicans would have nominated Gary Johnson, I'd vote for him. Frankly, I don't think the Presidential race is as important as what will go on with Congress.

You all know where my loyalties lie. However if it were between Obama and Gary Johnson I would give Johnson a long look. However since Johnson isn't aligned with one of the big 2 a vote for him would essentially be a vote for romney. Romney is a clown who would never get my vote.

This time around I'd have to go for Obama, I don't have any confidence in Romney and really the whole group was pretty weak as far as Republican candidates for me to choose from

Ugh, I want to say I wouldn't vote, but that would help Romney and I absolutely detest the Republican party.

I don't like the democrats either but they (I hate to say this but it's true) are the lesser of two evils.

Obama once more....

which has virtually nothing to do with us. That is like saying you don't want to live in California because you hear about all of the crappy things happening in Florida

#1 Obama is nowhere near socialist....although I wish he were.

#2 Socialism is not the cause for Europe's problems, in fact most of it's social programs such as health care is actually what has catapulted Europe AHEAD of the U.S in certain areas.

#3 Even with it's problems Europeans are still happier than Americans and have a better wealth gap than the U.S.

I feel the same as you except from the other side. I would have been much more comfortable voting for Paul or Santorum.

I chose Write-In as well. I thought it was going to be a tie between Mickey Mouse and Ron Paul, but would choose Ron Paul

Not a write-in, he's running on the Republican ticket.

BOOM!

(sit down, it's a joke)

My first choice would have been Ron Paul. I am planning on voting for Gary Johnson in November since he will likely be included on the ballot in all 50 states. Romney and Obama do not accurately reflect my views.

I'm also considering writing in Ahmnodt Heare (http://ahmnodtheare.wordpress.com/positions-on-issues/) or a potato. Its still a toss-up.

Because there are only two realistic options I have to go with Obama. But I think the whole system is flawed. It doesn't matter who your vote goes to really. Either way the corporations and the...

mrveggieman

That's a good idea in theory but if it ever happened the republicans would find another way to steal the election and none of us wants to see that happen.

Start voting for third parties en mass. When both the Liberal and Conservative parties are both being ridiculous, we vote in an NDP minority and the Libs and Cons throw them out in a vote of non-confidence and try again.

It's not the same in the US but after 4 years even 2 large groups of politicians and the media (who are the biggest problem of all) should get the hint.

I think this is looking pretty much like how its going to be. Somewhat close but Obama will still win out

i don't see any way that obama doesn't win in november. It would not surprise me if romney won the popular vote but as far as electoral votes, obama will take it.
