Here's a tip for Mr.McGarry, Do not hit family members . He was a bad butt hitting on a women but when it comes time to pay for his crime he is a big pansy.

That is the whole point of the lawsuit; he wasn't convicted of anything yet. He was being held pending trial. And I think it read that the charges were dropped, so there is no crime to pay for.

He has a clear case of right violations. He is going to win this easy.

Had this guy been through his trial and convicted I wouldn't have an issue at all with him working for 25 an hour. Since he is not actually convicted and just being held I think they shouldn't force him to work.
