The tweet reads as follows, no joke. This is the verified twitter account of the Reuters news organization.

"U.S. Defense Chief says does he not believe that Iran has made a decision to attack Iran."

Somebody is clearly drunk at the wheel at Reuters. First off "says does" should never be back-to-back in the English language unless it's separated with a comma and followed by a quote. Second off, are they implying that Iran was actively debating attacking itself?

Definitely made me laugh today.

I think he meant to say "says he does", with the problem being the "does he" is in the wrong order. As for who's attacking who. I think he meant to say "Israel" instead of the first "Iran". :)

You don't need the quote. For example:
Everything he says, does or thinks is wrong.

Lol, I'm sure. It was just one of those things that came across my feed that just had me in stitches. Unintentional comedy is often the best.
