President Obama received a four-point bump after his party's convention in Charlotte, N.C., according to a CNN/Opinion Research poll released Monday. Obama leads Romney by six points, attracting 52 percent of the support from likely voters. The candidates were tied at 48 percent each prior to the Democratic National Convention. The president’s favorability rating also earned a boost: 57 percent hold a favorable view of Obama after the convention, while 42 percent view him unfavorably.
