You won't see many pitchers get to 300 wins in the next couple of years but you will see a ton more players get to 500 home runs. 500 home runs will be nothing with the likes of Fred McGriff in it.

too many teams, too many bad pitchers, and if you play 15+ seasons, you're gonna put up Hall of fame stats.

The more who get in to the elite 500 HR + club makes the guarantee into the Hall less of a guarantee.
