This is what makes playoff hockey so much fun. All these top seeds going down to the lower ones. My NY Islanders started it off the other night and continued into last night. Not saying these teams will win their respective series but it is nice knowing they will be competitive.

i thought detroit won, I don't watch hockey but those guy have to be super athletes, non-stop action I was flipping back and forth between the lakers game and the red wings battle. everybody says watch out for the minnesota twin they could be the cinderella.

Anaheim won in triple over time. Their Goalie made 63 saves in that game.

Is hockey the only sport where top seeds always have a disadvantage? They always seem to lose.

7 out of the 8 games... the lower seed won game 1. I haven't seen the Avalanche play that poorly since December.

wow!! after what Detroit has done to them in the past, it's pretty amazing that the Ducks areup 3-0.

That Ducks goalie is incredible. He might just have what it takes to close out the series.
