Brian Syno 07-03-2006, 11:15 PM Actually, I would wait til the end of the season. If he keeps on hitting like he does, Mauer will get tons of coverage for being on the verge of hitting .400. That is when everyone will think that Mauer is a good investment and will be willing to pay even more for him. Then again, his RC autos are selling for over BV right now. Either way, I look at guys like Pudge, Piazza, Johnny Bench. Probably some of the best catchers in history and I can get any of their autos for under $30. So if you don't collect Mauer, sell it while the iron is hot fenez 07-03-2006, 11:25 PM Actually, I would wait til the end of the season. Any idea what the value on this card would be right now? I wouldn't put 2 of the 3 cards on ebay at the same time. But this will give you a good idea of sell price CYmarlins 07-03-2006, 11:59 PM i would sell while its hot mattyfatty4 07-04-2006, 01:07 AM Sell it now. There is no way Mauer is going to stay as hot as he is now. He won't hit .400, so just sell it while you can still get a huge premium. Matt bballplayr366 07-04-2006, 03:24 AM I would sell it now. There is very little chance that it will ever be worth more later than it is now. Unless he hits .400 which I highly doubt. Just what I would do if it were mine, but its up to you. Jeramie 07-04-2006, 05:43 AM I would hold onto it until the end of the season. I really believe he can hit .400. I watch him play every day and he can hit. It's scary that he will only get better and will probably hit more for power as he gets older. He has a sweet swing. I'm sure I'm not biased at all since I'm a huge Twins fan. CrammerJ600 07-04-2006, 09:55 AM He's on fire right now, Sell It for sure! Bonderman FANatic 07-04-2006, 10:44 AM Sell, Sell, Sell...
