Has anybody else out there had any bad luck on an Upper Deck redemption? I did one online on April 15th 2005. On it is says that you can ask for a replacement if they can't produce it in 6 months. I called six month later and asked for a replacement and to this date I still haven't recieved anything. I have called them too many times to count and nearly every time I get a different story. I have to call on Monday because they sent an email to the manager who was off all this week. Does anybody else have a story about Upper Deck redemptions?

mine was a little less painful. I had a 2004 upper deck pro sigs redemption for a reggie williams auto that I pulled. I did it online, and it toook about a year. I finally called and got a replacement, and about a month later I recieved a 2004 foundations reggie williams auto

It's been about 15 months now for me. The sad thing is that this is my only experience with an Upper Deck redemption, so this is what I base my experience on. It isn't very good.

UD Sucks. For that long of a wait you should get something much better.
Ive been waiting on one for 10 months. The Owe me $500 BV in Cards they couldnt "Replace", but Ive seen them give the same ones I need replaced out. Thats been going on for about a year.

When I looked at the population report for the card I'm supposed to get, it says that no one has redeemed their card. I was told that they had it in hand and it shouldn't take much longer to get out, then the next time I called they said Corey Patterson never signed the card. I am getting fed up with this whole situation. One of the people I talked to said he was going to try to get some packs out to me for the wait. I haven't seen them either.
