Ok, so I've put out my list of trades and have had several inquiries...I am working on a trade now (well in the works of figuring out what will be traded) but this person is taking forever...how long should I give this person to make up thier mind...I have others asking about the same card. What is polite?

ive giving people up to a week that may be to long but you should give them at least 4 days to reply after that id say if you can make a deal then take it.

It depends how close you guys are. Also, see if the other person has been online (click on their user name, it'll say in their profile). IF they haven't been on in a while, I usually give them more time. Otherwise, if they've been on, and haven't gotten back to me, I'll send them a PM giving them one last chance.
Just my method, I'm sure there are many others.

if ive made past deals wit them before i will give them time to get back to me as long as they have told me they want the card. if they just let me know that they might be interested and dont get back to me within a couple days then i just end up moving on. i always want to give everyone a fair chance.

Ok, I was working on a trade and thoguht the card being offered was a Sweet Spot (you know who you are) I want to publically apologize because this was my fault. The cards actually offered were not what I wanted so I've had to pull out, but I feel terrible. What do you do in this situation? I do not want to offend or make people think I'm an air head but when I saw SP I thought Sweet Spot...soo sooo sorry. BTW this is not the same person I was speaking about in the OP
