There is a Walmart really close to me and I usually see those $9.99 boxes with 8-12 packs. I looked at the packs in the box and there are white stickers on them. A lot of people bought them, did they have white stickers on them? Are they putting in the packs with no game used, autographs, etc? I am really not sure.

No white stickers where I get mine. However, Vintage Trading Cards (the company that packages them) buys up retail closeouts and other such packs and throws them in there. There's a good chance they may have been at a store before and still have price tags on them.
