Hey guys....needed to get my pack fix today, so bought one of those memorabilia pack things, where you get a pack and either a game used or auto for $10.

In the pack (2006 Topps Draft Picks & Prospects), notable pulls were a Marcedes Lewis RC and a Frank Gore Chrome Refractor. The memorabilia was a 1999 Skybox Autographics Ahman Green autograph (BV=$30, and a nice little mojo for a Packer collector such as myself, scanned it in here). Too bad I already had that one.) For $10, I wasn't complaining in the least.

Also got the last blaster box of 2006 Topps Chrome football, 8 packs for $20. I was quite happy with the results.

Pack #1 had a Vince Young RC (BV=$20) - Made me happy, as one card paid for the box.

Inserts included: Hines Ward Ring of Honor, Dan Marino 8306, Patrick Ramsey black refractor #58/199, Brett Favre Own the Game and Jason Witten refractor

Rookies included: the Young, A.J. Nicholson SE, P.J. Daniels, Antonio Cromartie, Gabe Watson SE, and this bad boy mojo, Reggie Bush Chrome RC (BV=$50).

Easily my nicest cheap break in awhile. Today reaffirms my love for Topps Chrome. That stuff has always been good to me. All are for trade.

The Chrome box was from Wal-Mart. The memorabilia pack from ShopKo. Kinda renewed my faith in retail a little. Of course, I won't pull anythign out of retail for the next 6 months now, lol.

They're pretty much like Target, only have a bit better selection of cards most of the time. I wasn't going to get anything there, as I just went in to get my wife some red vines, and I saw those packs sitting there. I figured, hell, for $10, why not?

Really couldn't tell you, Rob. I've never smoked. I believe that they are pretty high, because I always hear my buddies who do smoke complaining about the price.
