Yes, packs go out when all packs have been claimed. If you go ahead and pay, then the pack will go out as soon as the box sells out or you can wait until all the packs have been claimed to pay...

To those that have bought packs...would you object if I bought the final pack...since each pack yields that same amount of hits, there's no way that I can know what pack has better cards than the other. I'd like for this to sell out, but I'd also like to try a pack as well. If anyone objects, then that's cool because I'm sure someone will want the last pack...
