Ok here is the situation a bought a box of 2004 leaf certified materials football. I think the stats were like 4 auto/mem per box i got one a marcel shipp mirror red jersey. I also pulled a mirror red auto #5 redemption bv 80. sounds great right??? only prob its michael vick. I dont want to start a massive debate but i believe he will be suspended the year maybe serve some jail time and be on probation and play sometime next year. The redeption is expired but they said they would accept it. What should i do complain about the entire box and see if i can get a replacement or send in the redemption and take my chances???

maybe you can ask them for a replacement...wouldn't hurt.

They are honoring the expired redemption for you then send it in and get the Vick. They could have told you to pack sand. Did you only get 2 hits?

You may luck out... from what I read last night Donruss is no longer packaging his cards. So its possible that they won't send you his cards, not in the current climate.

dude! this is perfect timing, his cards are dropping like rocks right now and DLP just pulled his cards from ALL 07 product! I bet they wouldnt send it to you even if they had it. Ask for a replacement because you think he is guilty :)

i would send it in and take the card. it may be vick, but autos /5 will always have some sort of draw to them. if he escapes jail time, he will get another chance in the league. adam jones has been arrested 10 times and he's only out for a year. not that i agree with that kind of standard, but that's reality. then again, donruss seems like a fair company and i'm sure you could get some sort of package of players you collect. tough call. good luck with whatever you do.

Just redeem it. If they are not shipping his cards they are usually good about comps.
