I cant open very many packs of cards, but I received a gift certificate to my local shopping mall recently. The mall has a card shop with expensive packs of cards, and I hit it big recently. :becky:

Two color team hat with eW from D(eW)alt, and a 4 color piece from the Goodyear banner! My very first race used card of kenseth I have pulled in over 7 years of collecting. I have only pulled ONE autograph as well. I pulled a 2003 Gold signings card, two years later (2005) from a bargain box of 2003 hobby VIP.

And Yes Chaos it is harder to pull race-used than the stick and ball sports, but:

Yeah, but that is why Race-used hold their value better than the stick and ball sports. Even low-end guys are $15.00. How would you like to pull an undercover or pitstopper and lookin the Beckett to find it's valued at $3-$8?
Check out the values on some of the (UD only) hockey game-used from last season:
Upper Deck (average $5.00 to $8.00 a pack)

Common card $3.00 $8.00

SPx (average $15-$20 a pack)
Winning Combos ( two player- dual swatch #'d to 350)

So yeah pull odds suck, but at least when you pull a race-used card (hopefully of a driver you collect) it has and holds it's value. And as of last season UD is the ONLY company licensed to produce NHL cards, just like Press Pass for racing.
