These cards are "real". They originally were released as a retail product that came in a plastic "CD" type of case in 2001 (I think it was, maybe 2002). They sold in places like Target, Walmart, etc. for $9.99.

I have seen a few more of these "graded" cards showing up more recently. I am "assuming" that these may have been some that were sitting around and somebody is now getting them graded and selling them.

I have that exact card. I got it from the Danbury Mint. It came in a book with 2 cards inside 1 Sr. and 1 Jr. This is what it says on the front of it:

23 kt Gold Cards

When you open the book on the left side is the Sr. card and a little bio, and on the right side is the Jr. card and a bio. The Sr. card has Feel Speed, the auto and his number in black, and the Jr. card has the same stuff in red. Both cards has a piece of race used sheetmetal on it. They`re in a soft plastic sleeve sealed all the way around so you can lift it to the side to see the back of the card. I can`t find my COA right off the bat so I`m not sure the year I got it. I can`t figure out how to get a picture on here, but if you`d like to see them send me your email addy and I`ll send you scans of both pages so you can see them.
