What is your favorite Christmas themed movie?

I have to go with Bad Santa. It's hilarious and more or less mochs Christmas itself. I also like Die Hard and Trading Places.

A Christmas Story hands down. It is a family favorite here. Last year for christmas we got my inlaws a mini leg lamp. It came complete in the wooden box just like in the movie. It was great.

Snatch - At this time of the year there are so many "Christmas" type movies on I try to watch something off beat. So Snatch is my own "Rick Christmas Themed" favorite Christmas movie....

Call me old school, but I have to watch It's A Wonderful Life (Starring Jimmy Stewart), and A Christmas Carol ( the old one with Alistair Simm as Scrooge) at least once each during the holiday season.

Every year since I was little.. I have seen It's A Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart. this year will be no different, lol.

But of course A Christmas Story... one year I never wrapped anything until after midnight mass was over, then I put on the Chritmas Story marathon until 6am when I was done wrapping and got to take an hour nap. :becky:

For many of us "older generations", I LOVE watching the holiday cartoons. What is best is when the old time commercials run along with the cartoons too (I forget which channel, but one does this - LOVE the old Hershey's Kiss commercials and they are back again). Who can forget the Frosty cartoon and the Norelco shaver??? :pound:

I love TV at this time of year and now I get to share this time with my grandchildren. SIGH!!! Next week I will be working on my train platform WITH my grandson and watching holiday videos, ans listening to Christmas music. Is there any better time of the year for the kids??? :becky: :becky: :becky:

I looooooove Christmas time!! There's always soo many Christmas movies and shows on and there's Christmas music on the raido. :)

I like ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas.

My favorite Christmas movie would have to be The Grinch (the cartoon version) and Christmas with the Kranks. I've watched the Grinch since I was really little. Then it wasn't on tv anymore but last year we found it on DVD! haha My favorite part of Christmas with the Kranks is when the carolers pop up in the window.:sign0020:
