New Rules will be posted once everything is settled down after the merger


When creating banners for posting at STC, please keep in mind that we have defined sizes listed in the Rules section (just click the "Rules" link in the navigation bar).

Banners should be no larger than ??? pixels x ??? pixels and no more than ?? KB total size. We are in the process of installing a program to automatically limit banner size, but until then you may be asked to resize your banner if it exceeds the limits.

We have placed these limits to enable dial-up users to navigate the site easier. Large complex banners, while often very nice, take quite some time to load for those without high speed Internet service. We appreciate your cooperation with this request! So do the dial-up users! :thumb:
