The Wrestling-Observer Newsletter reports that WWE is working on a program that would see Donald Trump feud with Vince McMahon.
The angle, which would stem from McMahon’s “firing” of Rob Conway, would culminate at the Royal Rumble (or shortly thereafter) with Trump managing a wrestler against one of McMahon’s choosing.
NBC Universal reportedly first proposed the angle as a way to generate publicity for the latest season of Trump’s “The Apprentice” reality show.
