Just got this card from Susan at Press Pass as a replcement for a Jimmy Makar auto that was in the wrong box.

And you are very welcome. Sorry it took so long to get it to you.
Sometimes it is a matter of chasing people down here in order to please
customers. I guess the autos in those sets are not going to be as great
as some of the releases because that's what the production mgr gave me
to send, but I tried to send a nice one with no scratches or dings. It
was the best one. I am leaving the company next Friday. I am going to
miss chatting and "pen pal-ing" with you guys that I talk with
regularly. This job is turning into a CSR with "Sales" duties since
Press Pass was bought out, and I am way more "CSR oriented" than "sales
oriented". I am trying to find something in Lake Norman (where I live)
and skip out on the commute to Charlotte all together. Hope you enjoy
your future collecting!

Press Pass is a hard place to work.They gave her no help,so she is doing the right thing by skipping out.Well,i guess we all know what the new persons name will be, SUSAN,lol.or SUSAN the 3rd.

Actually, Sue or Susan has been the name of MANY of the CSR reps over the years, lol. There have been "at bare minimum" 6 Sue or Susans that I have dealt with through the years. I think they just place an ad in the newspaper saying "If your name is Sue or Susan, we have a job for you", LOL!!!

Sadly, there are several changes going on at Press Pass in the employment area. I guess if you are looking for a job, that's the place to be (you're a shoe in if your name is Susan!!!, lol).

Never ate there.I live about 30 minutes from Press Pass offices.I have been there several times,but never ate there.If everyone got to see just how small Press Pass offices were they would be very shocked,not big at all.Well,bring on the next Susan.
