I pulled this from a retail blaster box of topps chrome
Couldnt find it on beckett
its a Refractor BBC550 97/100
Any help on BV would be appreciated.

Standard ref are #ed out of 500. Does it say anything else like black or blue refractor on the back?

I am fairly sure it is a blue refractor.

on the back is says refractor, not blue or black with it.

Hows does top do their stuff? Do their "blue" refractors have a blue sheen to them? That could be a good way to tell.

Naming the type of refractor is more of a Bowman thing... even though they are made by Topps. I would go with Chuck on the Blue Refractor. As the numbering matches up.
