How do you make banners? What computer programs do you use? I want to learn how to do this, what do I need to do?

I use Photoshop myself...there are others on the market, but I've always used PS. It comes with instructions and there are courses you can take as well. Also, there are many online tutorials to try.

Say I see a picture on the internet and I want to use that Picture how do I copy/cut that picture and move the picture?
How did you design your backround?

right click the mouse on the pic and select save picture as.

Ok thank you. I save the picture to my pictures? say I want to edit the picture like add a picture over part of it, or take a part out of the picture.

adobe photoshop is the only way to go in my opinion, its a very complex program, but its the best

I use paintshop pro 7 and animation shop 3. I know there's a Paint shop pro 8 and I'm pretty sure there's a 9 out. psp7 is pretty easy to use.

I use a program called Print Shop 6 and GIF Animator 5. Its (PS6) pretty cheap as in price and easy to use without having to read alot of instructions.

But if you have the money for photoshop that is the best program around.

I use photoshop 7.5 CS2 CS3
