Below are two seperate lists for the '07 Stealth variations. The first list is the one we were working on trying to figure out what the differences were. The second list is from Press Pass trying to help us out with them. Note the differences on the lists!
The same variants are in BOTH Hobby & Retail. There may be slight changes (as appropriate) such as instead of GOLD dots (for hobby), the color would be SILVER (for retail). Also note, there are NINE different variations. Three of the cards each have two different levels of variations! Hope this helps some. Better late then never!!!

2007 Stealth Variant Photos:
# 6 Dale Earnhardt Jr - dots on card - gold, white, white, gold, gold, gold, gold
# 8 Jeff Gordon - first white dot missing in the order - starts with 2 gold dots
# 32 Juan Pablo Montoya - upper right corner is gold, not red
# 63 Jimmie Johnson - airline is yellow instead of blue
# 77 Kevin Harvick - two lines above 29/33 is changed - silver on top, white on bottom
# 84 Kasey Kahne - has 6 extra grid boxes extending down on the left side.

PRESS PASS LIST:
#6 Dale Earnhardt Jr. – level 1 – changed white and gold dots in the bottom left and top right corners
#6 Dale Earnhardt Jr. – level 2 – same as level 1 + changed the gold vertical line on the left side of the card to red
#8 Jeff Gordon – level 1 – changed the white and gold dots in the bottom left and top right corners
#8 Jeff Gordon – level 2 – same as level 1 + removed the background copy in the bottom left corner
#32 Juan Pablo Montoya – level 1 – reversed the yellow and gold color in the bottom right corner
#32 Juan Pablo Montoya – level 2 – same as level 1 + removed a gold line next to NNCS
#63 Johnson – changed the air hose color from blue to yellow
#77 Harvick – switched the white and silver directly above the door #s
#84 Kahne – removed some of the squares at the top of the card below the Stealth logo.
