So I mailed off a redemption card that I purchased from eBay over two years ago to Upper Deck. After about 6 months of waiting I got fed up and decided that I would never receive it. With school and no job I eventually lost interest in collecting altogether, but mostly from lack of money. Every few months I would login to Upper Deck's web site to see if the status had changed, but with no luck.
Until today... I got home from work and found a bubble envelope waiting for me from "Quality Assurance, UDQA". I was like... huh? Then it hit me... UD. I opened the envelope and found my Redemption Card that I had been waiting more than two years for:

2005 Sweet Spot Dual Signed Leathers, Red & Blue Stitching - Randy Johnson & Roger Clemens Auto #10/15
This made my week to say the least, and it might have me back into collecting sooner than later. :becky:
I purchased the card for $255 two years ago... I know its probably not worth that much now, but honestly I do not care... I think this will be a card I keep forever. The two best pitchers of my generation (And two of the best of all time, for that matter) autographed on a single card, and serial numbered out of 15... I am left simply amazed that I actually received it!
