I just wanted to give you guys/gals a heads up on the 2007 VIP issues that I’ve have had in the past couple of weeks. I purchased a ½ case and it came up short of the ½ case promise :rant:on the race-used item as well as the top driver auto.I bought another box over the weekend and that came up short as well on an auto(1:20):rant:, the race-used item is 1:40 and I understand that.
I voiced my concerns :frusty:to Terri Rehkop at Press Pass via e-mail and here is her reply.
If you don’t contact Press Pass about “ANY ISSUES” you’ve had with the 2007 VIP Collation, they’ll never know that you had a problem.:fighting0056:

Don’t worry about the email…I didn’t think it was bad at all. I am truly sorry that you got another bad box from VIP. I have not heard of the other issues, so please do have those people contact me. We can’t correct problems that we don’t know about.
I will pass on the information regarding the half cases to the production team. The half cases are labeled A and B because we have some retailers that order half case quantities and we need to be able to differentiate between the two. One retailer may get 10A and another retailer may get 10B. There should not be a difference in the hits in the cases…a half case is a half case. However, we will investigate. Again, the more information I get from people with concerns, the better we can address any issues.
Send in your info and I’ll put it with the other stuff. It will probably be next week before we address it. I want to give anyone else who has an issue a chance to send their information in.
