Got my first negative from the loser. Have filed an appeal with paypal for fraud committed by him. Hope he is booted from ebay and becomes bubba's best friend.

correct me if im wrong, if u did receive a negative feedback for a stupid reason like this, cant u appeal to ebay for it? If there's a way, u should bc this kid is a total jerk!

tried, but they will not erase the feedback even if they find he has broken another ebay rule. they should be reviewable in cases such as this where clearly he has deceived me and falsified the feedback reason.

The scammer has a new name now, sprintcup88. He just ripped a guy off in British Columbia. Paypal has forwarded his name to the fraud section.

i was just looking at this thread, and then decided to do a search on ebay for the new name you said he has, it pulled up and it states he lives in virginia, i live in virginia,. Could a address be pm'ed to me my mistake or something, maybe he live near me. i know there was a returned address on the envolpoe or on the paypal screen or something
