I always mean to but always forget, I got a about 10 racing things I need to send in but knowing me I will forget.

I was going to send in a bunch for the 2003 topps but I couldn't get the answers right on the back of the wrapper even though I live in the US. LOL

Yep, Just send in an envelope with the address and when the promotion is over they will send you out a card. I hear they send autos, parallels and if your unlucky you will just get a common for the price of a stamp. they usually have a no more than 4 per household request...

ETOPPSCARDGUY

Here is one for anybody to try... There is a limit to 2 per household. So what you do is write your name on a 3x5 index card and mail it in a #10 ?? (BUSINESS) envelope with the below address on the envelope. If your from Canada you have to answer the math question because of that countries lottery laws..

NPN 2003 TOPPS CHROME BASEBALL SERIES #1
P.O. BOX 9147-C
BRIDGEPORT NJ 08014

For all you canukes:
25 x 2 + 5 -15 = ?

2 per household

Deadline is April 23 2003 and received by April 30, 2003
Drawing held on May 7,2003

TOPPS CHROME BASEBALL. No SASE, just send in the 3x5 card with your name and address in a #10 envelope and you will be put into the drawing where you recieve a card from that series at the same odds as a on the TOPPS CHROME BASEBALL pack. Like I said earlier, the odds must be alot better when you do this as I have heard nothing but good things....

I do it all the time. I would guess it's at least 4 years now.
I've gotten back a lot of junk inserts but every once in a while I get something special.
It takes about 4 months for the cards to come (about a month after they draw).
My best cards from them were a Topps Chrome Rookie Randy Moss Refractor and a Topps Chrome rookie ref of Steve Francis.
They've sent me autographed cards, game used cards, rookies galore, a ball signed by Bob Gibson, serial numbered cards as low as 25!
Did I mention I also get a lot of junk inserts? It does help if I'm looking to complete an insert set. It gives me trading power.
Every other week I look at my postman like he's a card dealer.
It's a blast!!!

The ones that you listed with type of pack, does that mean you have to send in a wrapper with them?

Also just a quick word, this would be a great thing for all members to do and donate the cards they get to the SportsCard Forum!

ETOPPSCARDGUY

Great Idea on the donations!!! Same rules apply, no wrappers just the 3X5 card with your name and address in the dreaded #10 envelope. Im not sure for Canadians what the trivia ?'s are so if there are any canukes reading disreguard npn offers without sending in the trivia... Refer to earlier posts on why...

One question for anybody.
I sent away for the NPN Topps Tribute Milestones Baseball but threw away the wrappers. Now, Topps Tribute All-Star Baseball is out.
Does anyone have the NPN info on either or both of these?
The new All-Star one has it listed as 2002 Topps Tribute and I'm wondering if it's the same P.O. Box as the Milestones. They came out so close together and I don't want to get disqualified for sending to many wrappers.
These will be some NICE freebies when they arrive!

The PO boxes are never the same they add a dash-01 or something to that effect. Cant help you on these particular ones. I wish there was a site where a database of these were posted...

I would feel funny going into the kmarts, walmarts, cardshops etc... with a pen and paper writing down all this info. I have some contacts and we trade info from time to time but it is not real complete.. So in a sense I do have a database but it is limited.. That's kinda the reason I started this thread.

What I have heard from people that have been doing this for awhile is that if you keep up on it and send in everytime a new product come out its like having a steady stream of cards coming in. I know I am getting close on the receiving end and will post what I get... Ive sent out over 30 by now.... Im anxious to see if it was worthwhile.....

Yes I got those out of the NPM.
I do get a lot of nothing inserts, but about one out of every 10 that I do get back is a $20 plus card.
It pays for the stamps if I would sell them.
I've gone through 1000 stamps and envelopes over the past 4 years and got back about 400 inserts of Rookies, Refractors, Autos, Game-used, serial numbered, and many, many inserts that are worthless.
Each bubble envelope they send me is like opening a pack.

Maclax:
Read the whole thread and you'll understand the NPN (no purchase necessary).
At the time, the 2 cards I mentioned earlier were over $100 and then there was a 99/00? Bowmans Best Mirror image at. ref. #'d to 25 of Garnett/Pippin that was around $200 then. Also, a 2001 topps traded Chrome ref of Ichiro. Around $125.
Those were the good old days!!

IggyWH

So you haven't got any good cards anymore? At least not ones that are valued over $100? Beggers can't be choosers I understand, just want to know what kind of stuff to expect and hope for before I throw down beer money on stamps :p

Well,
I just got some cards back from the NPN Topps Chrome Football.
These were due to be sent out December 4th!
The cards are:
Jonathan Wells rookie
Terrell Owens - Own the Game
Phil Simms - Ring of Honor Refractor # 9/100

Not bad for 4 stamps, but not great this time.
Still waiting on Bowmans Best! It may be another month if Topps is this late.

The postman rang 8 times yesterday.
I got 8 bubble envelopes from Topps.
It took awhile to settle down and look to find all 8 were Topps Traded and Chrome.
7 of the were Gold and numbered to 2002 with 3 no name rookies.
1 was a Jose Canseco bat - odds were about 1 in 500 packs.
It was fun but nothing great again this time.
