I think sometimes too many players OVERREACT to getting hit. I know it hurts and they don't want to get hit but they take it way to personal like its against the law or something. Its part of the game deal with it.

what happened to the days like when don baylor and dusty baker, just to step up there and get plunked, that it and trot to first... when I was in HS, and we were down I coach used to tell us not to be afraid to take one for the team, auctually we used to have drill how to turn into it get hit on the rear or something like that. no chin music though, you had to drop to the ground...lol
